Your Healing Rooms offers quiet, comfortable therapy spaces where you can meet with your therapist in confidence. Located in Abergavenny, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, our rooms are designed to help you feel relaxed and at ease.

You can be confident in feeling welcome, safe & secure. The space is only used by wellbeing practitioners & their clients so the need for quiet & privacy is understood.

Nestled in the heart of Abergavenny we are easy to find. There are many independent shops and cafes in the street and surrounding areas, plus a lot of beautiful spots to walk in nature.
Access
Access to the building is very simple, using a keypad code. Your therapist will arrange this with you before your first session.
This ensures the building is secure and only accessed by those using it by agreement.
Getting Here
Train Station: 0.7 mile walk
Bus Station: 0.3 mile walk
By Car: Byefield Lane carpark is free every day except Tuesdays & is less than 500m away. There are numerous other pay & display carparks within a 5 min walk

Please note that the 2nd floor is used only for Your Healing Rooms and the therapists and clients booked in.
Please be mindful that other sessions may be happening during your visit.
Arriving
There's a 'Your Healing Rooms' sign at the street level.
After entering the front door, go up the stairs and on the first floor hallway, then enter the glass door to your left, and go up the second flight of stairs to arrive in the second floor hallway.
Waiting Area
There is a seating area on the second floor hallway where you can wait for your appointment to begin.
There is a unisex toilet along the hall.
Note: Please don't enter a therapy room on your own.
Sugarloaf Room
Your appointment may take place here.
Its comfortable and nicely decorated with two armchairs and a sofa, plus a fireplace making it very homely.
There's dual aspect views of the Sugarloaf and Blorenge mountains.
Blorenge Room
Your appointment may take place here.
Its comfortable and nicely decorated with 2 armchairs and a sofa, plus space for a body work, movement & group therapy / guidance.
There's a large window with lovely views of the Blorenge mountain.
