Anneliese provides a holistic pathways to nurture your well-being, guiding you gently toward peace, balance and renewed energy through Reflexology and Reiki. Monthly Sunday 'Slow Flow' group sessions blend the energy of Reiki with the restorative power of deep rest meditation; offering you a place to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.

Simon Crompton
Simon has been a counsellor since 2005 and practices Gestalt Psychotherapy. He aims to create a safe and holding place to help you see more clearly what your situation is, how you are part of it, and to experiment with finding new ways of resolving any difficulties. He's in his 5th year of Psychotherapy training, and adheres to the UKCP and Welsh Psychotherapy Institute codes of ethics.

Sara is a UKCP accredited Gestalt psychotherapist and BACP registered Counsellor, working in both English and Welsh/Cymraeg. She offers a supportive space to explore your experience and relationships, with the aim of increased self-understanding, living more in tune with your values and needs, and making choices that feel more whole-hearted and satisfying. She welcomes persons of all backgrounds and offers an initial free phone call, to see if you would work well together.

Joanne is an integrative counsellor, providing a supportive and empathic space.
A therapeutic relationship can bring clarity to difficulties that are causing pain and confusion. Spending time being seen and heard can be the start of feeling better and making lasting change. Issues covered include: anxiety, depression, relationships, grief and trauma. She is a member of the NCPS.

Andrew Phillips
Psychotherapy with Andrew offers an invitation to take seriously, without self-absorption, the meaning of challenges in your own life journey, and nurture the process of becoming who you are. Andrew works with a Depth Psychology approach, and emphasises the important therapeutic values of curiosity, compassion, and keeping a sense of humour close by. Andrew is registered with the HCPC.

As an integrative counsellor and solution focussed hypnotherapist, Angela is passionate about helping people move forward with clarity and confidence. She works collaboratively with clients, drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques to guide individuals through life’s challenges. Angela’s supportive and encouraging approach empowers individuals to unlock their strengths and create lasting positive change. Angela is registered with the BACP.

Emilie offers Pluralistic Integrative Counselling, combining different approaches and theories to enable therapy to be tailored to your unique issues, experiences, goals, and preferences. The focus is on enabling you to grow, change, develop and recover your wellbeing. Emilie has a first class degree in Counselling and Therapeutic Practice from the University of South Wales where she also lectures in Creative Counselling methods, and is a registered member of the BACP.

Polly Freer
Polly provides support to adults going through difficult emotions by creating a safe space to talk. She believes that taking time to share with someone who can deeply listen and support you as you explore what is going on can be transformative. Polly qualified as a counsellor in 2020 and is also trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy which is a creative and in-depth way for us to deeply understand ourselves. She is registered with the BACP.
