Monthly Sunday 'Slow Flow' group sessions blend the energy of Reiki with the restorative power of deep rest meditation; offering you a place to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.

Simon Crompton
Simon has been a counsellor since 2005 and practices Gestalt Psychotherapy. He aims to create a safe and holding place to help you see more clearly what your situation is, how you are part of it, and to experiment with finding new ways of resolving any difficulties. He's in his 5th year of Psychotherapy training, and adheres to the UKCP and Welsh Psychotherapy Institute codes of ethics.
